    Anatomy of a Collection: Exhibition at Palais Galliera

    Until October 23rd, 2016, the Parisian museum of fashion, Palais Galliera will be presenting Anatomy of a Collection, an exhibition that spotlights on fashion from the 18th century until today.

    On the occasion of this exceptional exhibition, more than 100 old and rare pieces including accessories and garments are on display.

    Anatomy of a Collection is an opportunity for fashionistas to discover a unique picking featuring clothes recognized for being worn by popular and historical figures such as Napoleon Bonaparte and his wife Empress Josephine Bonaparte, Cléo de Mérode, Elsa Schiaparelli, Marie Antoinette, and the Dauphin.

    The exhibition puts on view as well items that belong to unknown people, in addition to others known for being designed by some of the most renowned fashion designers.
