An Environmental Photography Show on the Grande Arche Rooftop, La Défense

The rooftop of the Grande Arche in Paris is the ideal location for an art exhibition – especially one that focuses so much on light, altitude and the natural world. The space is set to hold a retrospective of the photographic and cinematographic works of Yann Arthus-Bertrand. Yann Arthus-Bertrand is an acclaimed photographer that has worked for around 50 years to capture the natural world and present an environmental message. This new show is important in the current ecological landscape as we listen to the words of extreme climate activists and consider our own habits. These photographs and films showcase what we have lost and what we are still yet to lose in a potentially short time frame.

This retrospective of Yann Arthus-Bertrand at La Defense is a brilliant opportunity for art and cinema lovers to see these works in a new light. The show is already underway and will continue at the rooftop until December 1st. That means plenty of time to come and study these pieces and share their importance with others.
